🗓 Return Window

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.


✅ Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging

  • You’ll need a receipt or proof of purchase


📦 How to Start a Return

Once approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Note: Items sent back without prior approval won’t be accepted.


🧾 Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You’ll be notified of approval status

  • If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days

  • If it’s been more than 15 business days, contact us at merchluxxjewelry@gmail.com


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Perishables (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Beauty/personal care products

  • Hazardous materials (flammable liquids/gases)

  • Sale items or gift cards

Need something different? The fastest way is to return your item and place a new order once your refund is approved.


🇪🇺 EU Customers

If your order ships to the European Union, you’re entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period. You may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging.

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If it’s damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.
